INTERPRETATION
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
- Account User refers to any person who has created an account by registering on the HyeCare website.
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to HyeCare.
- Country refers to: Armenia
- Service refers to the Services provided by HyeCare.
- Terms and Conditions (also referred as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
- Website refers to HyeCare, accessible from hyecare.am
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.
You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Please refer to hyecare.com/privacy-policy for more information. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Website and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully before using Our Service.
ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES
Subject to Your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, and Your payment of any applicable fees, HyeCare grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, right to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the HyeCare Services.
This license does not include any resale or commercial use of any of Our services. You may not misuse the HyeCare Services. You may use the HyeCare Services only as permitted by law. The licenses granted by HyeCare terminate if You do not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions.
YOUR ACCOUNT
You will need your own HyeCare account to use HyeCare Services, and you will be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. For purposes of this Agreement, a User who pays for any portion of the Service shall be referred to as an “Account User”. As an Account User, you must agree to the payment terms presented to you at the time you sign up on the Site.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service. HyeCare reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, terminate your rights to use HyeCare Services, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
HyeCare has partnered with the industry’s best payment providers. Payments can be via major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), debit cards and direct banking in X number of currencies, as well as the universal payment systems, such as PayPal, and others.
You are responsible to ensure that credit card or the PayPal account associated with your account is up to date, that information posted in connection with it is accurate, and that you are authorized to use it. If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. If the Company cannot charge your credit card or PayPal denies your payment, you may lose access to the Service and any data associated with your account.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If an appointment is cancelled by the customer, free cancellation is applied if made within 48 hours prior to the appointment. Otherwise the full price of the appointment will be charged.
In case the consultant is not able to attend the appointment, he/she has the option to recommend another time to the customer and if accepted by the customer, the appointment will be rescheduled. Otherwise the full payment of this particular appointment will be refunded back to the customer.
If HyeCare is accountable for the cancellation, then HyeCare will do everything possible to re-schedule the customer with another consultant or at another time slot at the customer’s convenience. Otherwise HyeCare will reimburse the customer the full payment for this specific appointment.
DISPUTES RESOLUTION
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
GOVERNING LAW
The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Site and Services may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
For European Union (EU) Users
If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident in.
TRANSLATION INTERPRETATION
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.

TERMINATION
