2. Book a teleconsultation with a doctor or psychologist

From your homepage click the “Book an Appointment” button to choose the type of teleconsultation (you can choose the area of specialization or a specific doctor) and how to do it (online or by phone) and the date and time that are most convenient for you. Describe your symptoms in order to identify the most appropriate specialist for you. Please note that your chosen date and time need to be confirmed with the doctor. When you book an appointment, HyeCare automatically assigns an operator to your case who will ensure that your appointment is confirmed with the doctor and will notify you about the confirmation.

3. Make the teleconsultation where and when it is most convenient for you

You will receive a confirmation notice in your email inbox when your request is accepted by the specific doctor. When you have the confirmation, you will be connected with your doctor and carry out the teleconsultation. All data exchanged during the teleconsultation session are encrypted to ensure maximum confidentiality and data protection.

4. Share your opinion and receive the electronic prescription (available soon)

At the end of the visit you will have the opportunity to evaluate the quality of the service and make any suggestions. The feedback of the consultation is accessible at any time on our platform in the medical record.
